What file format should I send my logo in?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) give the cleanest engraving. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send the highest resolution you have and our team will let you know if it will work.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by product. Many items can be personalized one at a time right on the product page, and we offer branded pricing for larger business orders. Contact us with your quantities for a quote.
Will I see my design before it's made?
Yes. For custom branded orders we send a digital proof for your approval before production begins.
How long do custom orders take?
Timing depends on the product and quantity. We'll give you an estimated production and shipping time with your quote, so let us know if you have an event date to hit.
Can you make something that isn't listed here?
Often, yes. Handcrafters USA started as a custom woodshop, so tell us what you have in mind and we'll let you know what's possible.
