This website is operated by Handcraftersusa.com LLC, doing business as Handcrafters USA ("we," "us," or "our"), 2088 Lake Ave SE, Largo, Florida 33771. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these Terms by posting changes on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence to place an order, or you must have the consent of a parent or guardian. Some products are intended for use with alcohol and are for adults of legal drinking age only. Please use all products responsibly.

2. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, or limit quantities, for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing and availability errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, where applicable, and shipping are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Pricing and product information

We work to keep prices, descriptions, and images accurate, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with incorrect information, we may correct the error and cancel or adjust the order, and we will contact you first when possible. Prices may change without notice.

4. Handcrafted and custom products

  • Natural variation. Our products are made of wood and finished by hand. Grain, color, knots, and stain tone vary naturally from piece to piece and from the photos on our site. Screen colors may also differ from the actual product. These variations are not defects.
  • Custom and personalized items. Custom items are made to order from the text, designs, and options you choose. You are responsible for checking spelling, dates, names, and artwork before you submit your order. We produce custom items as submitted. Custom items are final sale as described in our Refund Policy, except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered.
  • Your designs and logos. If you upload a logo, image, or text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You give us permission to reproduce it as needed to make your product. We may decline to produce any design we believe is unlawful, infringing, or offensive, and will refund you if so.
  • Production time. Production and shipping times are listed on product pages and in our Shipping Policy.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping rates, delivery estimates, international orders, and lost or damaged packages are covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. Please read both before ordering.

6. Out-of-stock items

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and either refund you for that item, or, with your agreement, wait until it is back in stock. We will ship any remaining items in your order.

7. Product use and safety

Please read and follow any instructions or warnings that come with your product. Products such as smoking boards, smoker sets, shelves, and wall-mounted items must be used and installed as directed, and wall-mounted items must be mounted securely. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse or improper installation.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photos, logos, product designs, and graphics, belongs to Handcrafters USA or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their owners.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site: for any unlawful purpose; to infringe anyone's rights; to harass or abuse others; to submit false or misleading information; to upload viruses or malicious code; to scrape or collect others' personal data; or to interfere with the site's security or operation. We may refuse service or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Our site may link to third-party websites or use third-party tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Please review their terms before using them.

11. Customer feedback and submissions

If you send us comments, reviews, ideas, or other submissions, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation. You are responsible for what you submit, and it must not be unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringe anyone's rights.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Except as stated in these Terms, our Refund Policy, or required by law, products and the site are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handcrafters USA and its owners, employees, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Handcrafters USA and its owners, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of a third party's rights, including through designs or text you submit for custom products.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Shipping, Refund, and Privacy Policies, are our entire agreement with you. If we do not enforce a provision, that does not waive it.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [Confirm governing state with your attorney or accountant.]
